Cold Storage is an essential part of Supply chain of perishable products like Fruits, vegetable or certain medicinal products whose shaft life can be extended by Cold Storing then in the cold storage under a particular cold temperature. Large number of Cold Storage units are required throughout the country to hot only extend the shaft life of perishable products but also to make available these products in off season throughout the year. Cold storage unit also help in establishing prices of commodities. The project is simple to install and operas but requires larger investment.
