1. Dr. H.P. Kumar

Dr H.P. Kumar has had a long successful career spanning almost four decades as an expert on finance, banking and earned accolades for his singular contribution to the enterprise development in the emerging business ecosystem in the country.

Dr. Kumar has been the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of “The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.”, a Public Sector Corporation of the Government of India for a period of 9 years until 2014 and has a rich experience in the promotion and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) throughout the country. Dr. Kumar is a postgraduate in Commerce, a qualified Banker (C.A.I.I.B.), a Fellow of The Cost and Management Accountants of India (FCMA) and holds a Doctorate in ‘Employment Creation through Rural Industrialization’. Besides having been head of Finance & C.E.O. of large Public Sector Corporations, he also held foreign assignments with numerus African Countries. He has been a member of “The National Small Business Advisory Council of South Africa” and a visiting faculty for Damelin School of Banking, South Africa and Botswana Institute of Bankers. 

Dr. Kumar has to his credit, scores of publications in the field of promotion and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and been on various Govt. Committees concerning issues of the MSME Sector. He also has wide international experience of dealing with a large number of countries for cooperation in the MSME Sector.

During his Chairmanship, NSIC made a remarkable turnaround from a loss making sick PSU to a vibrant, profit making, dividend paying Mini-Ratna company with a turnover of more than Rs.17,000 crore with Excellent MOU ratings .The company expanded its reach to 156 branches spread all over the country to provide assistance to lacs of MSME units in more than 200 clusters. In addition, Dr. Kumar expanded NSIC’s operations internationally by signing MOUs with 35 countries for promoting International Trade, Investments, Transfer of Technologies and Joint Ventures etc.

Dr. Kumar is the recipient of scrores of awards from national and international fraternity including the coveted Silver Plate Award for CSR from the President of India in 2013. Major awards include India Pride Award from the Union Petroleum Minister, Govt. of India, in recognition for creation of new employment opportunities for unemployed youth, an International ‘Council of Arab League’ Award comprising 22 countries in recognition of his outstanding contribution in the field of MSME sector in the region, ‘Meri Dilli Award’ from the Chief Minister of Delhi,  Gold Medal at India Pride Awards 2011 for excellence in creating impact in the Indian economy and society and National Award for best Implementation of Innovative Projects by the Journalists Association of India.

2. Pushpa Kumar

A Post graduate and a qualified teaching professional having experience in setting-up new business enterprises, can successfully advise and mentor first generation entrepreneurs for establishing and running their business enterprises. She also looks after the office and other administrative issues of Bizadviser.

3. Sidharth Kumar

Sidharth Kumar is an engineering graduate from a prestigious University and has wide exposure to I.T. development and support Eco-system. He has been associated with a couple of Start-Ups having gained substantial experience of dealing with matters concerning Start-Up enterprises.  

4. Shashank Saxena

Shashank Saxena is a graduate and qualified I.T. professional who looks after all I.T. related issues of Bizadviser Portal. Shashank also handles marketing relating issues and addresses the queries with regard to technical matters concerning the web portal.
